One single price: 5.99€ per month, VAT included. There are no separate plans, tiers or locked features — you get everything the platform has, unlimited. You can try it free for 30 days, no credit card required.

It means we do not count anything. You can add as many employees and workstations as you want, as many users with their own permissions, as many services, as many clients and as many bookings per month. The price stays the same no matter how much your business grows.

Still 5.99€ per month. We do not charge per employee or per workstation. A two-person salon and a twenty-person clinic pay exactly the same.

No. Kalevo charges no commission on the bookings you receive, no matter how many. You only pay the monthly subscription.

You choose a payment method inside the platform and continue with the 5.99€ monthly subscription. If you do not want to continue, nothing happens — you never left a card at signup, so nothing is charged automatically. Your data stays saved in case you change your mind later.

Yes. We offer free remote training, where we walk you through the platform step by step and set up your account together. Contact us and we will schedule a session.

Yes. You get a public booking page, available 24/7, where clients pick the service, the employee, the date and the time. Bookings can enter the calendar automatically or wait for your manual approval.

Yes. Kalevo automatically sends reminders by email (included and unlimited in the subscription) and by SMS. We do not resell SMS with a markup: you connect your own SMSO account and pay exactly what you use, directly to them, at their rate. Credit never expires — you never lose unsent messages at the end of the month. We handle the setup during your free training.

You pay SMSO directly, at their public rates, with no markup from Kalevo. Unused credit rolls over indefinitely, so you lose nothing during quieter months. You can check current rates on smso.ro.

Yes, Kalevo has native iOS and Android apps, with push notifications for new bookings and full management directly from your phone. They are included in the subscription, for all users.

Yes. Clients can pay by card through Stripe at booking time, or on location — you choose the available methods. You can also generate an instant payment link for any existing booking.

Yes. Kalevo bookings sync automatically with Google Calendar, and each employee can connect their own account.
